Our commitment to local supports local farmers and producers. Just as important is it puts us in charge of our Food Security. We have selected a few unique ingredients in our fresh pasta line to showcase British Columbia.
We start with locally grown wheat. It is milled locally at True Grain Mill in Cowichan Bay. We choose a grind that still maintains more of the fibre portion of the wheat than over processed grains. The result is a rich dark pasta.
